A Brand New Blog:

The first post starts with a most picturesque place, St Magdalena.

St Magdalena is a village in a valley called Val di Funes, which is located in the Dolomites (Dolomite Alps) in northern Italy.

The photo was taken in October 2024 near the end of autumn.

The peak season Tre Cime crowds were long gone and we were able to enjoy a quiet journey.

The softening sunlight towards late afternoon highlighted the slopes below the church, creating this lovely view.
